Organizing Tip: Create a font folder and put it on your desktop. Save the zip file on your desktop.
Unzip them then just drag and drop them into the newly created font folder for easy finding.
a – z Type — Resource: find font downloads, font management tools, and other typography tutorials.
Absolute Fonts — this is one of my favorite sites. Not only do they have fonts, but all sorts of other goodies for web pages. My backgrounds come from them.
Abstract Fonts 10,000 free fonts. Will keep you busy for days!
Acid Fonts — 4700 fonts to choose from.
Christmas Fonts – snow, angels, ornaments, candy canes, anything having to do with winter or Christmas.
Cool Archive — 950 fonts and other free web items.
Da Font — I really like this site. You can submit text and see how it looks before you download. Plenty of dingbats.
Eternal Fonts — more than 5000 in 50 catagories.
Flaming Text — You can also make banners and get names for message boards.
Font Face — 1000 cream of the crop fonts! Has the “Pass the Pigs” game on their site to if you need a break.
Font Freak — free fonts and some you have to pay for if you really like them.
Font Garden — handwritten fonts, message board, tutorials on downloading, FAQ and quotes! The links page has MORE font links to smaller font sites
FontFoundry — you can add them into a download basket and download a bunch at a time. Last count was 681 choices.

Free Fonts –You can download a whole section at a time.
Halloween Fonts — meet “Fontenstein” at the castle. “Spooky fonts for all your needs.”
High Fonts — Plenty to choose from here, at least 3000. You can search for a font also.
Now Fonts n Things — “the most unusual fonts on line”.

They have a great instructional page and FAQ plus a message board if you are having troubles and need help.
ScrappinFun Fonts — all hand created fonts by real people. You can create your own here also.
Simply the Best — very nice site. Great tutorial on downloading.
Type Now — over 6,100 free fonts to choose from listed alphabetically.
TypoGenerator — just an interesting site to try out. What you create could look great on a card or scrapbook or even your website.
Web Font List — “most comprehensive list on the net” — 3000 free fonts.
